Requirements:

• Working knowledge of boundary, ALTA/ACSM, Topographic Surveys, and some construction staking.
• High proficiency in survey drafting utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.
• Proficiency in preparing calculations (points) for field team.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret title reports, plot easements etc.
• Ability to write legal descriptions.
• Perform research for record documents.
• Proficiency in working with point clouds derived from UAS and ground scanning is a plus.
• Must be a team player with the willingness to solve problems.
